The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 290 of the Civil Code of Ukraine" (re Information about the Donor)

The bill (Reg. No.8318) amends Clause 290 of the Civil Code, whereby the identity of the donor shall not be known to the recipient, while the identity of the recipient to the donor´s family, unless the recipient and the donor are married or are close relatives.
